My family and I inherited a home and we had to sell it as quickly as possible for a few reasons. It was well worth it to use this spectacular method! The house sold for $610,000 which we believe to be a very fair price for us and the buyer. It gave me the chance to meet a lot of nice people and learn alot myself.
