You'll Be Eternally Grateful You Hired George

When our daughter wanted to sell her home she tried the conventional way with an agent. My husband and I had already sold our home three years prior using the 5-Day method. When our daughters home wasn't successfully sold, we suggested that she try the 5-Day Sale herself.
She went on line and found George as a consultant. We both contacted him and questioned him on costs and how he would help. Having already successfully done a sale, I was skeptical and thinking, "who needs a consultant when she has her dad and I"? Well, after talking to George, I could see that he took the concept of the book to a completely different level. He had the marketing savvy and connections for signage, website, and much more; and all for a reasonable price.
The problem with my husband and I's sale was that we did not know how to really market. We followed the book, but had we had George, we more than likely would have gotten more people coming through the house, more bidders, and ultimately more out of our house. But we DID get fair market value at the time. It was chancey, and a bit scarry going through the bidding process on our own too.
Using the 5-Day Sale with George's help was a stark difference than doing it on our own! Day and Night difference! He was there to guide us, inform us, lead us, and keep us moving forward. He wasn't a huge presence and take over type of person, but rather, a warm force of support that kept you in control of the sale. The bidding process was way less scarry and more in control.
You'd think that it would have been a tough sale.The house was not visible from the street, and there was also no HVAC. George got us an arrow twirler to get peoples attention, he got us a mortgage broker and people just swarmed the place that weekend. It was a huge effort for all of us, but it payed off with George's help. He made all the differnce in the success of the sale.
We would reccommend anyone looking to do this type of sale to contact George, make it easier on yourself. We all have enough stress in our lives as it is. He is a fun and very knowledgable person to have around during these sales. He will give you the confidence to do this and do it right. You'll be eternally grateful you hired him.
