With incredible assistance from George and all his wonderful coaching and "hand holding," I was able to sell my 5,000 square foot home even though it had a major foundation problem. No real estate agent would even consider helping me sell it unless I fixed the foundation and after five years of a court battle with the builder, I just wanted out!

The way George guided me from the website through the sale was unbelieveable. We had over 15 bids by 6 p.m. on Sunday. The house sold very quickly after that. I will be forever grateful to George and the 5-Day Sale system. Without question, it works!

When our daughter wanted to sell her home she tried the conventional way with an agent. My husband and I had already sold our home three years prior using the 5-Day method. When our daughters home wasn't successfully sold, we suggested that she try the 5-Day Sale herself.

She went on line and found George as a consultant. We both contacted him and questioned him on costs and how he would help. Having already successfully done a sale, I was skeptical and thinking, "who needs a consultant when she has her dad and I"? Well, after talking to George, I could see that he took the concept of the book to a completely different level. He had the marketing savvy and connections for signage, website, and much more; and all for a reasonable price.

After living in our home for over eight years, My wife and I desired to build a newer home, preferably in a neighborhood that was more conducive to raising little children.

We listed our home with our dear friend, a realtor, and tried to sell it the convential way. It did not work for us. It was partly due to the fact that our house was rather large for the neighborhood,(4,788 square ft.) and the asking price was too high for many buyers. After almost two years of having the house on the market, my wife and I had enough of the inconveniences that come with impromptu showings. We also were fed-up with lowering the price. So, we took it off the market.
